I have been praying over many things going on in the world lately. In the past six months, this world has witnessed tornadoes, floods, fires, devastation, and death. Although we don’t understand what is going on, we can rest assured that our God works for the good of those that love Him and that are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28).
He protects us from many things and those that lost their lives in this time are remembered. We don’t know why the Lord has allowed their lives here on Earth to end, but we do know that being saved by His grace as a child of the King, we will be with him when it’s time for us to leave this world behind. Thus, we are called to pray and believe that, in the midst of it all, He still reigns supreme and we can still trust in Him.
In the book of Psalm 32:7, his word states, “You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance”.

What a day this is to be blessed with a Father who would lay down his life for us. Some may not have an earthly father, but God is just the same, if not more. He went through the same things we go through today, and He understands your loneliness. Father’s Day is not only a day to celebrate our fathers or our father figures, but it’s also a celebration of the Heavenly Father, whom I take pride in getting to know starting at the age of 7.
Lamentations 3:22-24 states Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

I have so many things that I want to do and accomplish, which includes being a soloist.
In 1995, I made the decision to stop listening to just any kind of music. As a child, I realized I have an amazing mind that can remember all kinds of things and details from 20 or more years ago. That included songs that did not glorify my Heavenly Father.
As I grew and started learning more about the Lord, and found songs to assist in learning the scriptures, I found that I was more at peace and wanted the Lord to order my steps.
Once you have given your life to Christ, allow him to order your steps so that you too can live a more fulfilling life.

Looking back on life’s biggest challenges from living at home with parents to now having your own household seems like a lot all at once. Time waits for no one but God is still the same as he was back then as he is now. In my life I have been blessed to experience more than some others who are still trying to figure it out. Let me help you. Ask God for guidance and allow him to “enlarge your territory” just like he has done for me. WOW! I have so many stories and experiences in me to last a lifetime. There is nothing God cannot do for you. When it seems hopeless, just remember the prayer of Jabez and how he did it for them….he can surely do it for us as well.
In 1 Chronicles 4:10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” So God granted him what he requested.
